Three former heads of the British Army have criticised an organisation investigating allegations of misconduct by UK troops in the Iraq War. Lord Dannatt, Gen Sir Mike Jackson and Gen Sir David Richards told the BBC’s Victoria Derbyshire programme that the Iraq Historic Allegations Team (IHAT) is stopping the military from working effectively.
