E1 History Extended (1MH S2 EP4)

Hey guys and welcome back to the channel and to another 1 Minute History Episode (remember when that was a thing). Anyway, this episode is on the LB&SCR (London Brighton & South Coast Railway) E1 0-6-0s. These were the genesis to the 'E' Type locomotives that would bring the Beloved E4s of 1894 and the dreaded and despised Billinton E2s of 1915. Designed by the greatest eccentric in railway engineering history, William Stroudley. NOTE: I do realise that my voice is a bit crap in this video but that's because my hay fever has been a MASSIVE pain in the arse while recording this so I'm sorry for the slightly poor vocal quality.
