This recipe is very dear to my heart as it comes from my home land. These bagels are made fresh every morning and are sold on every corner in Jerusalem. I’m so happy I get to share them with you ❤️ Here’s what you’ll need: 1. 4 cups flour 2. 1 1/2 cups warm water 3. 1 tbsp yeast 4. 1 tbsp sugar 5. 2 tbsp milk powder 6. 1 tsp salt 7. 1 tbsp oil 8. 1 cup water + 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses 9. 1 cup sesame seeds Make sure to come say hi.
