A Falklands Wife's Story

🇬🇧 A Falklands Wife's Story 🇬🇧 In 1982, while my husband sailed to the South Atlantic with the Royal Navy, I stayed behind in Plymouth with our seven-month-old son. As the Falklands War unfolded, I also travelled to London alone to say goodbye to my own father. This song tells the story of waiting... of fear... of hope... and of the unforgettable moment our little boy, now fifteen months old, ran into his daddy's arms when he finally came home. It is also a tribute to every Royal Navy sailor, Royal Marine, soldier, airman, and every family whose lives were changed forever by the Falklands War. We remember the courage of those who served aboard HMS Sheffield, HMS Coventry, HMS Sir Galahad, HMS Boxer, and every ship and unit that took part in the conflict. This song is dedicated to those who returned home... and to those who never did. Lest We Forget. ❤️ If this story touched your heart, please like, share, and subscribe to help keep these memories alive for future generations. #FalklandsWar #RoyalNavy #HMSSheffield #HMSCoventry #HMSSirGalahad #HMSBoxer #MilitaryFamilies #Remembrance #BritishHistory #LestWeForget #OriginalSong #JennineJames #RoyalMarines #NeverForgotten 🇬🇧❤️
