1959 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa Ride-Along: Casa Ferrari Load-In

Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to hitch a ride in this Ferrari 250 TR/59 Fantuzzi Spyder (0766 TR) during the Pebble Beach Casa Ferrari Load-In. Of course, we aimed to make the most of the situation of driving along the scenic 17-Mile Drive. But some chaos ensued, these racecars aren't meant to go slow! Traffic during parts of the procession was pushing for overheating. We ended up pulling over right towards the end to prevent this, but we were smooth sailing considering. In the end, everyone made it. Yet, this unforgettable experience ended up being even more of an adventure for our counterpart the 1959 Ferrari 250 GT LWB California Spyder Competizione (1603 GT). My brother was the passenger to Tom Yang when during their drive the exhaust fell off!
