Wild Turkey Conservation: Banding and Breeding Eastern Turkeys In this episode, Marisa and I face the dilemma of whether to release our seven wild eastern turkeys into the Ponderosa or keep them for breeding to help repopulate their endangered numbers in Oklahoma. After hatching 7 out of 30 eggs successfully, we plan to band these turkeys and track their progress.
