Arroyo Prospecting: Below the Organ Mountains in Southern New Mexico

Shelley and Toby visited the Dripping Springs Recreation Area in the Organ Mountains near Las Cruces, New Mexico. On their way back to the hotel, Shelley noticed a dry wash (arroyo) crossing the main road and suggested that they take a sample to process - perfectly legal on land administered by the BLM.
