Knife Making - Forging a Chef's Knife
My chef's knife! It was my first time working with O2 tool steel and I'm pleasantly surprised! The steel forges and grinds very nicely even when it's hardened. There was also zero warping during the quench which probably in part because of the low quench temperature of the steel (800-820 celsius). I will be making more Chef's knives in the future and improving upon them from what I learnt on this one! Thanks for watching!
