Making any 3D PRINTER (almost) SILENT
If you have a 3d printer, that is just annoyingly loud, it turns out, that there is an easy and also quite cheap way to fix it. In this video I show you how I made my CR-10 almost silent for under $30 and not much work at all. The main things were replacing the hotend fan with one from Noctua, and adding vibration dampeners to the stepper motors. IMPORTANT: It turns out that the 10mm thick Noctua fan doesn't push quite enough air to keep the hotend cool. You should go either with the 20mm variant, or something like this (slightly louder): https://www.digikey.com/short/qqmqmf Get the vibration dampeners here: https://goo.gl/4Jveo9 Music by Zweihänder, check it out here: https://t.co/BpLpIm8lYz Support me (for free) while shopping online (affiliate links): ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Aliexpress: http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/b3a0ISl6 GearBest: https://www.gearbest.com/?lkid=11143361 Banggood: https://www.banggood.com/custlink/D3G...
