Improving access to water, sanitation & hygiene in Masbate
Who would have thought that a province surrounded by water would have problems in water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH)? Such is the case in Masbate, one of the provinces in the Philippines with the lowest access to WASH. UNICEF Philippines is working with the government to be able to help people to help themselves by forming sustainable WASH behaviors and empowering local governments to provide equitable WASH services to communities.
