So we was supposed to be camping... We needed a break from the busy city.... So we left the city and headed to the Romanian countryside for a £50 a night weekend! We stayed at a traditional hotel, breakfast included, fresh food, plenty of drink and local legends. Comana Monastery, Giurgiu County , 33km from Bucharest. Historians believe this is where Vlad Tepeș actually rests. The famous Snagov tomb? Opened in 1933. Empty. A headless body in royal purple was found here in the 1970s. His head was cut off and sent to the Ottoman Sultan. This is that place.
