Brief Introduction of PVC Helix Reinforced Winding Tube Production Line This production line is designed to manufacture PVC helix reinforced tubes (also called spiral reinforced hoses). The process starts with two extruders – one for the PVC inner/outer layer and one for the rigid PVC helix strip. The strip is wound around a rotating mandrel while the soft PVC is extruded over it, forming a strong, flexible tube with a spiral reinforcement.
