In this video, I demonstrate the process of making a three-shaft pipe bender without turning. The bender's base is made from 14-gauge channel steel, but I also used 40x40, 50x50, and a section of 10-gauge channel steel. It features six housing bearings, two sealed bearings, and a section of thick-walled round pipe. The shafts are made from calibrated rod, 25 mm in diameter, grade 45 steel.
