Sash Tying Tutorial - Organza Bow & Alternatives by LinenTablecloth

In this tutorial we show you how to tie a bow with an organza sash and we show you some alternative ways to present the sash. ----------------------------- Video Transcription: Welcome to LinenTablecloth, the leading online linen retailer. In this video we will show you a variation of the bow specifically for organza sashes. First, wrap the sash around the front of the chair to the back of the chair making sure the sides are even. Hold the ends together at the middle of the back of the chair and place your left thumb pointing downwards on the right side of the ends. Wrap the ends around your thumb, and using your free fingers on your left hand, grab the loose ends and twist 180 degrees. Pull the ends of the sash through to form the loops of your bow. Fluff to desired size, but a smaller bow tends to work better for this style. This variation of the bow for an organza sash is a chic and elegant way to tie your sashes along with a quick and easy one once you get the motions down. You can also make a crescent by tucking the top of one loop into the other, or a rose by completely tucking one loop into the other and fluffing.
