Cotture primitive! Senza griglia e senza spiedo

Today I'm out. I'm trying to do some very ancient cooking. Meat directly over the embers and underground. In South America this cooking is still done in some areas. Here I didn't do it in the traditional way because I don't have all the right materials, and then I don't even know the method very well. But we did it more to try and discover together how it comes I'm accompanied by Simone, who does survival in nature, among many other things.
