How to Pack: Scicon Sports Aerotech Evolution | Bike Travel Case | TSA

In this step-by-step video guide, you'll learn how to pack your bike safely and securely using the Scicon Aerotech Evolution TSA Bike Travel Hard Case. We'll show you how to remove the pedals and seatpost, fix your handlebars inside the case, deflate the tires, attach the wheels, and secure the case with a TSA lock. NOTE: Take a strip of tape & put it around the bottom of the seat post so you know where the saddle is when you take it out. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭 (00:04) Remove the pedals & saddle CHECK CONTENTS OF ACCESSORY BAG (00:26) 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮 (00:54) Remove both the front and back wheels Loosen the bars & Turn the bars to the right INSERT FRAME RIGHT SIDE UP 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯 (01:33) Place the provided protection padding Secure the bike in place with the straps provided NOTE: Fix the Accessory Soft bag to the case | Fix the wheels cover to the case (01:51) 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰 (02:07) Deflate the tires completely Secure the front wheel to the LEFT side using the SHORT quick-release skewer Secure the rear wheel to the RIGHT side using the LONG quick-release skewer NOTE: The cassette should face the dedicated wheel area NOTE: If you have thru axle wheels, use the provided adapters 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟱 (02:39) Close the bag with the butterfly latch Put the TSA lock Place the lifting strap 𝗘𝗡𝗝𝗢𝗬 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗣 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗕𝗜𝗞𝗘 𝗙𝗜𝗧?
