On the outskirts of Stalnivtsi in Bukovina, among blooming gardens, a residential care unit has become a home for more than 20 elderly people and people with disabilities. For some, it is a temporary shelter, and for others, it is permanent housing. Among the residents of the institution are both local residents and internally displaced persons from the Donetsk region.
