Richard's MMN Story

In conversation with Lisa Butler, CEO of the GBS|CIDP Foundation, Richard Sperry shares his experience living with multifocal motor neuropathy (MMN). Richard describes the earliest signs of shoulder pain and the extensive journey toward an accurate diagnosis (0:12). After undergoing multiple rounds of testing and receiving two ALS misdiagnoses, a third opinion finally identified MMN as the correct diagnosis (2:57). Richard reflects on how MMN has affected his physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
