Hi friends, I am one week post-op from exchange surgery, where we exchanged the tissue expanders for breast implants. This was the silver lining I waited so long for and gave so much to make possible. I have to be honest, it’s not everything I had hoped for. What I’ve learned along the way can be a game changer for YOU!! I delayed a few weeks in posting this video. because I had an emotional hurdle to overcome. I have gotten to a place of peace and gratitude, for both my new foobs as well as my body for ALL it has brought me through. I have a few months before revision surgery is possible, so I will spend that time in gratitude for my health, as I work to rehabilitate and strengthen my BODY, that is the total superstar here! 🌟 Cancer is hard. Reconstruction is imperfect, as we are creating man-made boobies. But life is precious and our attitude guides the journey. Know that what ever hurdle you face, you are so not alone!!
