Glowing Halloween Gift Bag: Fast and Easy Project

This Halloween gift bag is super fun, easy and fast. I used the leftover glowing appliques I made for the Halloween Garland video and just hot glued them on to a super simple granny square bag. They make me so happy and I hope you like them too.
