"The Visitor from Jinzhou" Keeps telling Me that theirs's "Another Me in the World"

Next I completed the Side Quest: Disappearance Case: The Visitor from Jinzhou and after that the Scales of the Past Event Quest: Shape of Yesterday. I have noticed in the Bottom Left Corner of the screen is a set of Coordinates and the Local Date & Time (easier to see in the shadows). Within the Echo Collection their is 2 Trophies/Achievements that can only be obtained if your Data Bank is around level 14 to be able to absorb a 3 star and 4 star rarity Echo to get the "As Long as it Works" and "Nice to Meet You" Achievements. There is also another hidden Achievement that was only available during the Moon-Chasing Festival back in 1.2 and that is "Art of Fireworks".
