PETER MBAH'S ₦1.62 TRILLION INFRASTRUCTURE PLAN: IS ENUGU BECOMING NIGERIA'S MODEL STATE?

Enugu State is investing billions of naira on roads, healthcare, transportation, urban renewal and economic development. It is one of the most ambitious infrastructure transformation programmes in Nigeria. With the administration of Governor Peter Mbah pursuing its vision of a modern and globally competitive state, many are wondering if this model can be a redefinition of governance and development in Nigeria.
