Halifax Parkrun 02/11/2024

I ran Halifax Parkrun in 21:15 and finished 8th. Halloween is over… she’s here… 🎃 👻🎄 The park itself is quite hilly and everyone was friendly. The lady doing the first time briefing was awesome she reminded me of the firefly fun house Bray Wyatt when she says "I could get in to trouble". I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a challenge and test your might. At the end of the run I was shaking... I did not want to run, I did not feel like I wanted this run today... but I really needed this run. "Run" Bray Wyatt, 2013. RIP 23/05/1987 - 24/08/2023
