45 years of aikido, 1972-2017. My 100th video, by Stefan Stenudd

This is the 100th video on my YouTube channel. And 2017 is my 45th year in aikido. So, this is a cavalcade of clips through the years. Oh, time sure flies! I was 18 when I started to practice aikido, and I was quite fanatic about it from the beginning. I even dreamed about practicing aikido. Now, I’m 63, still doing aikido and being just as fascinated by it as when I started. I sure have changed through the years, and so has my aikido. But when editing this video compilation, it seems to me that much is the same. You be the judge, but there are recurring ingredients in my practice. And one thing I know: my aim remains the same.
