Beekeeping has always been an important part of our family's traditional way of life. Afterward, she drives to our Hawar (summer pasture) in the Zagros Mountains to help my father with the daily work. Together, they milk our sheep and goats, providing fresh milk that is essential to our nomadic lifestyle. Meanwhile, my father builds a traditional nomadic shelter (Kapar) in front of our mountain room. Made with simple natural materials, this traditional structure provides shade and a comfortable place for our family to rest during the warm summer days in the highlands.
