The incident caused panic among the homeowner, Sri Hartati, after discovering her kitchen suddenly engulfed in flames shortly after she finished cooking. The fire broke out around 5:45 PM WIB when Sri had just returned home from work. As usual, she had prepared a snack by frying crackers before resting in the living room. However, the calm atmosphere suddenly changed when she saw the fire had spread to the kitchen area. Sri, who lives in the house, immediately tried to escape and sought help from local residents. Fortunately, the quick response of residents and joint firefighters brought the fire under control before it spread to other buildings in the densely populated residential area.
