Amaranth Seeds | Farmer to farmer sharing in Uganda

Farmer-to-farmer sharing! This video demonstrates how a farmer in Uganda has built a small, successful business on the production of healthy and nutritious foods from the common amaranth seed. Margaret Nabatanzi from the Mityana District of Kikandwa Sub County shared her wisdom on how to gain largest harvest of gold amaranth seeds. Her knowledge allowed her business to thrive and she shared he insights with the rest of the community, who is now also cultivating the golden seeds.
