5 Minute Instant Pot Dinner - Italian Sausage and Peppers
We want to instill in you, Rose's level of confidence, when using your Instant Pot. This recipe is an easy one for Instant Pot first timers. Let us know how yours turns out! 10-12 sausages (pork, chicken, turkey) 3 peppers, cut into 1/2 inch strips 2 onions, cut in half then slices 8 oz. can tomato sauce plus 1/2 can water (4 oz.) seasonings of choice: parsley, oregano, basil Pour sauce and water into the bottom of the instant pot. Add crushed, dried herbs measuring about 1/2- 1 teaspoon each. Layer half of prepared vegetables on bottom. Place sausages in pot, trying to keep as many upright as possible. Distribute remaining vegetables on top. Seal lid on pot, close vent. Cook on high pressure for 25-30 minutes. (If using 8 qt. IP choose lesser time) Enjoy! #InstantPotRecipes
