Watain "The Somberlain - Dissection Cover" (Dalhalla, Rättvik, Sweden, August 31st, 2024)

Watain pays tribute to the mighty Jon Nödveidt and Dissection in this cover version of "The Somberlain". The video is shot by my daughter (NZ) on her iPhone. The band played in a one of a kind arena out in the forest of Sweden. The night could only be described as magical ritual of blood and fire. You could feel that we were not alone out in those woods that night! Dalhalla is an open air theatre located in a former limestone quarry. It's internationally renowned and described as one of the most impressive and beautiful outdoor arenas in Europe. Disclaimer: I don't own the music or any of the photos.
