TEFLON SWEET MARTABAK RECIPE -170g/17 tbsp flour -45g/3 tbsp granulated sugar -1 packet vanilla powder -230ml water -1 chicken egg -1/2 tsp salt -1/2 tsp baking soda -1/2 tsp baking powder NOTE: TIPS What I learned from my previous failure: ✅Make sure the Teflon is heated until it's really hot. When you splash water on it, it makes a loud noise and shrinks immediately. I heat it over medium heat. ✅ Heat play is essential for a nice crust but still perfectly coated. ✅ This recipe doesn't require resting, making it easier and more practical. ✅ Spread plenty of margarine to create a soft, fluffy, and delicious martabak.
