Today I Assembly my Mitsubishi 4g63 engine for my eclipse gsx dsm....again. It consists of a 99 4g63 block, R&R Aluminum Rods, Wiseco HD 1400 pistons, L19 head studs with a 6767 hx40 turbo on 45+ psi boost on c16 race gas with S3 cams !! I give a breakdown of how to assemble a piston and the bearing clearances I am using and how to check crank end play.
