This might be the most serious episode of Metal Family yet. Tackling themes like drug use, death, and friendship is no easy task, but they absolutely nailed it. It broke my heart seeing Chive like this… but honestly, I can’t say I’m surprised. What really floored me was the comparison between this episode and the Season 1 finale. Glam choosing family without a second thought, something he once struggled with, shows just how far he’s come. The growth, the contrast, the emotional payoff… this episode had everything.
