【人生の目的論】白紙50枚の進め方【就活】
People grow best when they're doing what they want to do. This makes them unique talents. Such talents can continue to switch to the company that best suits them, no matter what direction the world is moving in. As a result, they'll be rewarded. People of all genders flock to them. The explosion of information has led many people to mistake "what everyone thinks" = "what they're likely to be praised for" for "what they want to do." This is why their jobs are boring. Incidentally, this is happening all over the world. With the SDGs as a driving force, "Purpose-Driven Career" training has begun to be offered in Japan, especially at large companies. It has become mainstream in human resource development. There are many ways to discover what you want to do. My life's purpose is written based on the assumption of Japan's "mass hiring of new graduates" based on its potential. If you follow it, you'll surely find what you want to do. And you'll find a job that suits that purpose. Starting with 50 blank pages may seem daunting, but as you progress through your job search, you'll learn to discard the countless pieces of garbage information and arrive at the information you need. When you add these factors up, I think this is a very cost-effective initiative. The quickest way is to focus on what you want to do. ⬇ ■2022 Graduate Job Hunting Summary: https://note.com/3utsu/n/nfb661413e76a #Utsu
