There’s something that really gets under my skin... When a client sits across from me and says, “I’m just a procrastinator.” In this episode, I challenge the idea that procrastination is a fixed identity or diagnosis. The truth is that it’s just you avoiding a feeling. I talk about the moments when I have the information I need, but keep delaying with logistical stories like needing more research or better timing.
