Note: I forgot to add at the beginning of the video that you'll also need cheese and oil :) 2 large eggplants 500g ground pork and beef 150g cheese (we used Gouda) 1 onion 1 can of diced tomatoes Oil for frying and brushing the eggplants Salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, sweet paprika
