Barranco Sarah + Vía Ferrata Urquiza Olmo (K5) 🧗‍♂️ | Desde Castell de Sant Llorenç (Lleida)

In this video, I'll take you on one of the most intense, technical, and spectacular routes in Montsec: the Sarah Ravine, with its eight vertical rappels, some with multiple free-hanging sections—ideal for beginners—followed by the legendary Urquiza-Olmo Via Ferrata, rated K3 in its first section and K5 in its final stretch, one of the most demanding in the area, with all due respect to Feliz Navidad. We start from Sant Llorenç Castle and descend along a trail that's initially unclear to the head of the ravine. There, the descent begins with the eight rappels. After completing the last rappel, we connect with the via ferrata: a vertical and physically demanding route, full of airy traverses, chains, overhangs, and exposed sections that will test both your strength and your mental fortitude.
