From Pasighat, you have to travel by Tata Sumo or such cabs to Yingkiong ( Headquarters of Upper Siang district). From Yingkiong, you have to catch another cab for Tuting the next day. If you can reserve a vehicle directly from Pasighat to Tuting, you can reach the same day. The journey from Yingkiong to Tuting is a tiring one, full on offroad conditions.
