Post Tennis Stretches Every Player Should Do!
This is my go-to full-body stretching routine for tennis players. I walk you through 15 key stretches I use after every session to help reduce soreness, improve mobility, and prevent injury. You don’t need to do all of them—just pick 5 to 8 stretches that target the areas you worked most and hold each one for 10–20 seconds. Repeat for 3 sets and you’re good to go. ✅ Perfect for post-match or training recovery ✅ No equipment needed ✅ Covers legs, hips, back, shoulders & more Let me know in the comments which stretches help you most or if there are any you'd add!
