You’re Standing on Your Snowboard Wrong
Get Online Coaching From Me Here: / snowboardingexplained Filmed by: @Cragbonnar.media / craig.bonnar I've been making a lot of videos, focussing on how shifting your hips towards your back foot can be really beneficial for increasing range of motion and has a lot of freestyle implications. But the most common advice people seem to get on the mountain is to have 60% of weight on the front foot 40% of the back foot. So from the surface, it looks like my advice was counteracting this, but narrowing down snowboarding to being shifted and holding certain positions, it's just vastly way too simple of a way to look at it so hopefully this video clears it up.
