God of War 4 has received VERY HIGH praise across the board. My review and analysis talks about why it's not the masterpiece I envisioned. In this review and analysis, I discuss God of War 4 (AKA God of War Remake or God of War 2018) and why the high score ratings are severely overblown. A game that borrows from far better titles before it, it somehow manages to do less with these influences, while at the same time lacking in innovation. This review and analysis of God of War 4 is meant to balance these high scores out.
