FULL TUTORIAL: SOFT POLISHED WAVES FOR FINE TEXTURED HAIR

If your hair is fine, textured, AND prone to drying out (thanks menopause!) - you may feel that you always have so much to deal with when it comes to styling your hair. Nicola was blow-drying her hair, straightening it almost daily - and still wasn't happy with the way her hair behaved. Combining texture, a fringe, and thin/dry hair is never easy. One of the first issues we identified was the fact that almost all of Nicola's hair products were designed to hydrate the hair - but there was nothing to promote hold, style or volume - basically, all of the things that you need when your hair is fine and prone to dropping out pretty quickly. In this tutorial, we worked with Nicola's natural texture - polishing her fringe with a small boar-bristle brush, and creating movement through the lengths with the T3 Aire 360. Product wise, we combined L'oreal Elvive Dream Lengths (for heat protection), John Frieda ProFiller thickening spray - and finished off with Arkive Hair Oil on the ends of Nicola's hair where it's prone to drying out.
