*This difficulty chart only covers waltzes. It does not compare difficulty with other pieces. Similarly, the introductory class introduces pieces that are ideal for studying waltz for the first time. It is not an introduction to general technical levels. Therefore, below the introductory level there is a beginner level that includes easier pieces, but not necessarily introductory pieces for studying waltz.
