Scammer Doesn't Want To Scam Me?!

HeyO everyone! In this video, I pretend to be Indian to the scammer to see what he will say. I tell him what part of India I am from and I'm not sure why but it seems like he doesn't want to scam me. I thought perhaps he thought I was really Indian and then thought he shouldn't scam me but at one point he tells me I've wasted his time. I'm not really sure what happened! What are your thoughts?
