Ijma in language or lughah has a definition as collecting cases then giving a ruling on the matter and believing in it. While ijma according to the term has the meaning as the consensus of the opinion of all ijtihad experts after the death of the Prophet Muhammad SAW at a certain time on a certain syara' law.
