Our latest Small Batch release, Palmetto Balkan, is a unique, Carolina-inspired tribute to the widely-loved Syrian Balkan blends of yesteryear. Featuring sun-cured 2018 Basma and 2019 Izmir Orientals with naturally sweet Carolina Red Virginias and specially processed Latakia, it produces a mellow, balanced flavor rich with notes of stone fruits, subtle woodsmoke, and a slightly dry finish that evokes the signature character of long-lost Syrian leaf.
