Living in Romania challenged me in ways I didn't expect. Living away from home for the first time meant navigating a new environment, meeting different kinds of people, and learning lessons I probably couldn't have learned any other way. Some experiences surprised me. Some changed the way I see people. Others taught me things about myself that I didn't know before.
