Say It On The Sofa - Episode 1

It's been an absolute pleasure starting this podcast. This is the first of many to be launched 7pm every Wednesday (give or take an hour or so depending on how demented we are that day!). We will make mistakes, learn on the job, say multiple wrong things, maybe upset a few... but mostly make you laugh, inspire some of you (we hope), be a shoulder to cry on, some company when you're feeling rubbish, and everything else in between.
