The Pilot Mountain State Park Yadkin River Section is this week's destination on Jurgen's Journeys

The Pilot Mountain State Park Yadkin River Section is a great place to hike! To get to the Bean Shoals Access trail head, you have to drive through a stream several times, so an all wheel drive van, with good ground clearance, is a good thing. Although this hike along the Yadkin River is a good time with Rottenbear, some rat damages my van while we are hiking. Come along and enjoy the ride!
