Wye Level Crossing, Wye, Kent on Ashford to Ramsgate Line. Location: Bridge Street, Wye Date Filmed: 10-06-2024 - Nearest Station: Wye - Trains: Class 375 (Southeastern) Class 375 (Southeastern) Located in the village of Wye, next to the station. This crossing was upgraded in December 2022 to an automated full barrier crossing, now monitored via CCTV from Canterbury. Previously, this crossing had manually operated gates. The new crossing came with the addition of five warning lights (wigwags), four barriers and two alarms. At the time of filming, the crossing was over a year old but still looks in a new and good condition. Thanks For Watching!
