Stitching In The Ditch Method of Quilting Demonstrated Using a Walking Foot January 30, 2025
Watch as I demonstrate stitching in the ditch using a walking foot; pulling up the bobbin thread at the beginning of each line of stitching and fixing the stitch with two or three stationary stitches (stitch length set to 0.20); stitching right on the seam line with a 3.0 stitch length; fixing at the end. Stitching in the ditch method of quilting. In this video I demonstrate using a walking foot, which I prefer as it minimizes movement of the overall project. However, you could very easily use a stitch in the ditch foot and be fine.
